American Independent Films

I have added resources for you on a new page of this blog called Indie American Films.
Please go to this page and look at them, and then complete the following task:

Task 1. From these resources and your own research, prepare a PowerPoint or other presentation. You should refer in detail to at least three films. Your presentation may be presented so please include visuals: publicity, promotion, box office figures, film trailers, and  clips, etc, and don't over burden each slide with writing. Prepare a separate presentation script (in word or similar) to assist you when you present your presentation.

You should include a bibliography (or list of links) that indicates where you found your information. The bibliography can either be at the end of the presentation or included on the page where the information is shown.

The title of your presentation is: 'What is American Independent Film?'

Please post your presentation to your blog when completed.

Nb Do you consider 'indie' film is the same as 'independent' film'?
Also, please look on the 'Little Miss Sunshine' page for further info.
